Tom joined Celador Consulting from the National Gallery, where he was Head of Projects and Building Maintenance. He brings extensive experience across multiple property sectors, having started his career with leading blue-chip specialist contractors.

His work on a Grade I listed national property has given him particular expertise in managing sensitive and complex environments. Tom has led a range of high-profile, nationally significant projects, introducing performance-driven initiatives and robust budget controls.

He is also well-versed in statutory compliance and best practice, and holds qualifications in Health & Safety, First Aid, and is CDM-accredited.
