Project Management & Contract Administration

  • Inspection & Diagnosis:
    Undertaking detailed building inspections to identify defects, maintenance issues, and areas requiring improvement or remedial action. We assess both the cause and extent of deterioration, considering building age, construction type, and environmental factors.

  • Specification & Tendering:
    Preparing clear and technically robust specifications, drawings, and schedules of work to define the required repairs or improvements. We manage the tendering process — inviting and analysing contractor quotations to ensure best value, compliance, and quality of workmanship.

  • Project Management & Contract Administration:
    Overseeing works from appointment through completion under recognised contract forms such as the JCT suite of documents, ensuring quality, safety, and cost control. This includes site inspections, progress reporting, variation management, and certification of works.

  • Range of Buildings & Issues:
    Our experience extends across residential, commercial, educational, and historic buildings, addressing issues such as damp, structural movement, external fabric repairs, roof renewals, internal refurbishments, and compliance upgrades.
