Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

We provide detailed Planned Preventive Maintenance surveys to help property owners and managers plan and budget for building upkeep over a 5 - 15 year period. Most commonly 10 years.

 

Our surveys identify existing defects, forecast future maintenance needs, and set out a clear programme of works with associated costs. This proactive approach enables clients to manage risk, control expenditure, and extend the life of their buildings.

Each PPM report includes:

  • A comprehensive condition survey of the building fabric and services.

  • A prioritised schedule of recommended works over a 10-year period.

  • Estimated costs and best-practice maintenance advice.
