This project was one of the first in London to be completed under the Government Building Safety Fund initiative. We were appointed to provide full Project Management and Contract Administration for extensive passive fire protection works to the entire façade. The scheme required careful navigation of complex compliance and eligibility criteria, placing it at the forefront of the national remediation programme.
