Project Overview:

We were appointed by the Client organisation to investigate and resolve complex building performance issues across occupied homes. The project focused on persistent damp, condensation, and other defects impacting resident comfort and wellbeing.

Acting as independent building surveyors, we delivered a structured programme of investigations.  Our analysis identified root causes, enabling us to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations. Our continued involvement through delivery ensured the successful resolution of issues and lasting improvements in building performance.
