David is a highly experienced leader in the property development and regeneration sectors, with a career spanning both the public and private realms. He has held a number of senior executive roles, including Chief Executive of Enterprise plc and AMEC Developments Limited, and led the UK government’s national regeneration agency, English Partnerships, for six years.

David has played a central role in delivering major urban development projects, most notably as Executive Chairman of BL Canada Quays—a joint venture with British Land plc—responsible for one of London’s most successful recent residential developments. He also served as a Director of the Olympic Development Authority (ODA), helping to shape the infrastructure behind the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Beyond property, David is active across a range of sectors. He is Chairman of Energy 10 Limited, a waste-to-energy company, Director of Money&Co, and Chairman of all companies within the DTP Group.
