Bermondsey Island is a prominent mixed-use building in the heart of trendy Bermondsey.
Project Overview:
Celador acquired the property from the original developer and negotiated a change of use, and addressed fundamental flaws in the permitted design. The space was fully designed to provide flexible bespoke up market air-conditioned office for self-occupation and sub-letting.
