Stephen B Lewis, FRICS DipProjMan(RICS)

Managing Director

Stephen is a Chartered Building Surveyor and became one of the youngest fellows of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors ever elected, sponsored by four presidents. He has over forty years’ experience of major development and regeneration projects, working for major blue chip companies; twenty five of which were at Director level for companies such as Oak Holdings Plc, The Grosvenor Estate, Heron International and Planet Hollywood.

Stephen has championed innovative approaches to development that embrace new technology, and challenge convention to the benefit of stakeholders. His primary role has been to procure and facilitate major joint venture projects and establish new concepts; many have secured industry awards.

More recently Stephen has engaged in private consultancy drawing upon his extensive experience to provide strategic advice to property owners and occupiers including high specification and complex residential, retail and commercial projects; as well as engaging in dispute resolution.

Stephen is also a non-Executive director of David Taylor Partnership.

 

Thomas Ellis-Jones

Director

Tom joined Celador from the National Gallery where he was Head of projects and Building maintenance. During his term he gained invaluable experience in dealing with complex situations, often with conflicting priorities. Tom possesses a considerable depth of knowledge across all sectors of property, having commenced his career with respected blue-chip specialist contractors. His involvement with a Grade 1 listed National property has provided him with particular skill sets in dealing with sensitive and difficult situations. He has introduced initiatives, along with budget and performance criteria on high profile projects of national importance.

His experience extends to statutory compliance and best practice. He possesses not only Health and Safety and First Aid qualifications, but is also accredited under CDM regulations.

Marc Fraser Lewis, MA (Cantab) Econ

Finance Director

Marc qualified as an Economist from Emmanuel College, Cambridge and spent 10 years cutting his teeth as an investment banker specialising in Emerging Market Debt.

In recent years, he has founded successful businesses in the luxury goods and food industry. 

An experienced Director with a demonstrable history of working across industries. Skilled in Business Development, Capital Markets, Emerging Markets, Investment Banking, and Structured Finance. A strong business development professional with an inherent passion for the property and development industry. Marc is responsible for our corporate and finance functions. His extensive experience in financing models provides an invaluable resource.

Gereme Paquiz – GMICE

Senior Engineer

Gereme qualified from MAPUA, the eminent engineering university in Manila with an honours degree in Civil Engineering. He secured his international operating licence the same year.

Gereme has a breadth of experience working for one of the most successful retail organisations in the Philippines on their ambitious national expansion programme. He then took a post in Saudi Arabia working on a major manufacturing plant for a household international firm for three years.

Keen to expand his international experience and pursue work in the UK property market, Gereme took up a position with a firm specialising in high specification, complex refurbishments of residential, retail and commercial projects.

Gereme is also a competent designer on CAD including advanced 3D modelling.

Lucy Mannion

Officer Manager / Business Support

Lucy is responsible for the efficient functioning of the Office with over 20 years of experience in customer facing roles in event and office management.

Lucy joined Celador in 2019. Her experience ranges from orchestrating events and projects of various sizes to responsibility for the day-to-day operations and full office administration - implementing software systems, Data Management, HR, space management to Finance. 

Forging strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Holds certificates in IOSH Managing Safely, First Aid and Fire Marshall trained.

David Taylor CBE

Non Executive Director

David has extensive experience in the property development sector. This includes having been Chief Executive of Enterprise plc, AMEC Developments Limited and having run English Partnerships (a government agency) for six years. More recently he has been Executive Chairman of BL Canada Quays, a joint venture with British Land plc which has recently completed one of London’s most successful recent residential developments. David was a Director of the Olympic Development Authority (ODA),and is also Chairman of Energy 10 Limited (a waste to energy company) a Director of Money and Co and Chairman of all the companies listed in the DTP Group.

Bradley Hatcher

Apprentice Surveyor

Bradley joined Celador on a structured apprenticeship programme that will see him become a RICS qualified surveyor in the coming years.

Bradley has a keen interest in the wider property market and brings a youthful energy to the team.
